We are Paul and Kylah MacNutt, a father-daughter Realtor team working and living in vibrant Halifax, Nova Scotia. Paul is a real estate veteran experienced in all areas of the industry throughout the HRM and the province. He has personally completed a number of residential and commercial projects in the Halifax area and has successfully guided his clients towards smart investments and sales using these experiences. Well connected in the industry and well versed in Buying & Selling properties of all kinds, Paul has been a valued Realtor since 2008 and has invaluable market knowledge.

When he’s not working on finding your family a home, you can find Paul frequenting one of the many local restaurants and coffee shops near his West End home, spending time with his family (including 3 grandchildren) and finding ways to stay fit through walking, hiking, cycling or at the gym.

Kylah has had real estate and entrepreneurship in her blood from an early age. She has worked in Residential Leasing & Property Management before obtaining her Real Estate license and joining her father at Bryant Realty Atlantic. She has leveraged her experience in the real estate and customer service industries and enjoys assisting clients in the process of buying and selling real estate, all while creating lasting relationships. She has worked with many first time home buyers and shares in the excitement of every accepted offer. She emphasizes the importance of ‘trusting the process’ and believes there is a buyer for every home, and a home for every buyer. Whether it’s buying or selling, Kylah takes the time to listen to a client’s needs and navigates each transaction from start to finish with the utmost care.

In her spare time, Kylah enjoys visiting any one of HRM’s beautiful parks and trails with her partner and their daughters.  Kylah looks forward to investing in and owning a small rental portfolio in the near future.
